Soca Rider Whitewater Kayak School

We are located in Bovec, Slovenia and organise whitewater kayak courses and trips to the Soca and Koritnica river. As we are a local company we are operating continualy, so you are welcome any time. Our kayak instructors are licensed by the Slovenian Canoe Association, and we follow the program of European Paddle Pass.
Our goal is to make you a better paddler while you have fun on a spectacular river.

We offer you intensive kayak lessons from beginner to advance level.
Our kayak courses vary from 1 day kayak lesson to 5 or more days kayak course. If you want to learn alone we offer you an individual kayak course.
During our kayak lessons we explore as much part as we can of the Soca river with different difficulty sections.
We always teach you step by step, in small groups (max 5 people for 1 instructor). Each time we spend an intensive half day on the river, on the rest of the day you can have a rest or explore the beauty of the Soca valley. We can help you to find the best places, waterfalls, gorges...!
Addition to the practical training we focus on your safety, and we teach how to run the rivers safely, how to self-rescue or rescue your partner, how to read the river, scout rapids and you can pick up a lot of theoretical knowledges as well.
